W dniu 15.11.2016 r. zawarto umowę o dofinansowanie projektu pt. „Wzrost konkurencyjności Dimark S.A. poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnych rozwiązań produktowych, procesowych, organizacyjnych oraz marketingowych w miejscowości Suchy Las”, w ramach Wielkopolskiego Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego na lata 2014-2020. Poddziałanie 1.5.2 Wzmocnienie konkurencyjności kluczowych obszarów gospodarki regionu.
Wartość projektu wg umowy o dofinansowanie: 7 626 000,00 PLN

Celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności firmy Dimark S.A.
W efekcie realizacji projektu nastąpią zmiany:
- zwiększenie możliwości produkcyjnych,
- poszerzenie oferty produktowej,
- unowocześnienie parku maszynowego,
- wdrożenie innowacyjnych technologii produkcyjnych,
- poszerzenie rynków zbytu,
- umocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej.
On 15 November 2016 a grant agreement was concluded in respect of a project for the ‘Improvement of the competitiveness of Dimark S.A. by introducing innovative product, process, organizational and marketing solutions in Suchy Las’, as part of the Regional Operational Programme for Wielkopolska, 2014-2020. Submeasure 1.5.2. Enhancing the competitiveness of key sectors of the regional economy.

The main objective of the project is to improve the competitiveness and innovativeness of Dimark S.A.

Automatyczne wózki bagażowe
Celem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnego systemu transportu i sortowania bagaży z użyciem automatycznych wózków sortujących.
Planowane efekty to prototypowy system składający się z około 15 automatycznie sterowanych wózków z funkcją rozładunku, systemu znakowania trasy przejazdu oraz lokalizacji załadunku i rozładunku oraz systemu informatycznego nadzorującego i sterującego pracą wózków. System sterujący zapewni bezkolizyjny ruch wózków bagażowych według opracowanego scenariusza, uwzględniającego przejazd od punktu załadunku bagażu (stanowisko odprawy bagażowej) przez wybrane punkty kontrolne (bramka radiometryczna, skanery RTG, kontrola manualna) do miejsca docelowego (załadunek bagażu do samolotu). Każdy bagaż w procesie transportu od stanowiska odprawy, przez punkty kontroli bezpieczeństwa, do miejsca załadunku na samolot jest obsługiwany przez wózek, który ma techniczne możliwości dostarczenia bagażu w dowolne miejsce, po dowolnej ścieżce i rozładowania go tam. Tym samym nie ma konieczności budowy całej infrastruktury torów transportowych i stanowisk sortujących, a wydajność tak wykonanego systemu w dużej mierze zależeć będzie od liczby zastosowanych wózków, co pozwoli na jego łatwą rozbudowę w przypadku zwiększenia liczby odpraw.

Automated baggage cart
The aim of the project is to develop an innovative system of transporting and sorting luggage using automatic sorting carts.
The planned effect are: to develope a prototype system consisting of about 15 automatically controlled trolleys with the unloading function; a system that marks the route and the locations of loading and unloading; as well as an information system supervising and controlling the carts’ operation.
The control system will ensure a collision-free movement of luggage carts depending on the developed and chosen scenario, taking into account the passage from the baggage loading point (check-in counter) through selected checkpoints (radiometric gate, RTG scanners, manual inspection) to the destination (loading of luggage to the plane). Each baggage in the transport process from the check-in desk, through the security checkpoints to the place of plane loading is served by a trolley, which has the technical ability to deliver luggage to any destination through chosen route and unload it at the selected point.
Thus, there is no need to build the entire infrastructure of transport tracks and sorting stations, and the efficiency of the system would largely depend on the number of trolleys used, at the same time will allow its easy expansion if the number of check-in points increase.

Dofinansowanie z PARP dla DIMARK MANUFACTURE S.A. dotyczące projektu pt. “Dotacja na kapitał obrotowy dla DIMARK MANUFACTURE S.A.“
Opis projektu: Projekt dotyczy wsparcia przedsiębiorcy w zakresie zapewnienia płynności finansowej oraz wsparcia bieżącej działalności w związku z trudnościami finansowymi, które wystąpiły u przedsiębiorcy wskutek epidemii COVID-19. Pomoc finansowa udzielana na podstawie programu nr SA.57015 (2020/N).
Kwota udzielonego wsparcia: 127.128,00 PLN (projekt w całości finansowany jest z funduszy europejskich, więc kwota ta stanowi jednocześnie wartość projektu)
Cel projektu to utrzymanie prowadzenia działalności przedsiębiorstwa.
Dofinansowanie dokonane zostało w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój (oś priorytetowa 3 Wsparcie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach działanie 3.4 Dotacje na kapitał obrotowy).
