Dimark hosted a delegation from Egyptian Airports Company (EAC) and Compass Key as part of the final preparation phase before system handover and operational launch.

Over two days of meetings and workshops, both teams focused on practical knowledge transfer related to the project’s next stage. Discussions covered current project status, key milestones, technical assumptions, service support and hotline scope, together with operational aspects connected to long-term system use.

The visit also included presentations of Dimark’s engineering capabilities and selected technologies, including VR tools, ICS solutions and technical systems demonstrated on real equipment.

For projects of this scale, the transition into operational use requires more than technical documentation alone. Direct cooperation between teams, practical understanding of the system and clear communication around support and maintenance are all essential for ensuring stable airport operations after handover.

We thank the EAC and Compass Key teams for the visit and the constructive discussions.
