Your Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, update, and oversee project and as-built documentation for BHS systems.
• Coordinate document flow between implementation teams, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Coordinate documentation and integration requirements with equipment suppliers, including EDS and ATR providers.
• Verify that documentation complies with project requirements, applicable standards, and arrangements agreed with customersand suppliers.
• Prepare and update documentation registers, lists, and records.
• Support the preparation of acceptance, as-built, and handover documentation.
• Assist in preparing technical descriptions, schedules, protocols, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
• Support the analysis of results and preparation of simulation reports.
• Archive project documentation and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders regarding documentation status and formal requirements.

Your Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from meeting with the hiring manager and defining the candidate profile, through selecting the sourcing strategy, to extending the offer and supporting the onboarding process.
