Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and employee support with travel-related matters.
  • Process business travel expenses and verify travel-related documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical and sports packages.
  • Support administrative and HR processes related to employee services.
  • Cooperate with service providers and business partners in Poland and abroad.
  • Maintain and update administrative documentation.
  • Provide organisational support for internal company activities and employee events.
  • Ensure continuity of reception and secretarial services during the absence of employees responsible for these areas.
  • Participate in improving administrative processes and employee support.
 

Our Requirements

  • Experience in administration, back office, office management, or a similar role.
  • Very good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Independence, responsibility, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Very good command of English, minimum B1/B2 level, enabling confident phone and email communication with international hotels, service providers, and business partners.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

BIM Intern (M/F/X) Location: Gottlieba Daimlera 17, Golęczewo (pow. poznański), Poland | Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical documentation.
  • Support the creation and development of parametric Autodesk families.
  • Prepare, update, and export 3D models.
  • Create project visualisations.
  • Work with point clouds in a 3D environment.
  • Cooperate with the project team on ongoing projects.
  • Participate in design processes and multidisciplinary coordination in a 3D environment.

Our Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical field or in Management and Production Engineering.
  • Ability to read technical documentation and engineering drawings.
  • Interest in BIM technology and 3D modelling.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Well-developed spatial awareness.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Communicative level of English.

Nice to Have

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, inspections, and repairs at customer sites.
  • Receive customer service requests and support them in resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure service work is completed on time.
  • Prepare basic reports on completed service activities.
  • Cooperate with other departments within the company.
  • Train customers on the operation of equipment.
  • Inspect the technical condition of equipment and systems.

Our Requirements

Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X) Location: Gottlieba Daimlera 17, Golęczewo (pow. poznański), Poland | Department: People & Culture | Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from meeting with the hiring manager and defining the candidate profile, through selecting the sourcing strategy, to extending the offer and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Act as a partner to hiring managers by advising them on the labour market, recruitment methods, and candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source candidates using Direct Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Create engaging job advertisements and select effective candidate sourcing channels.
  • Independently conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates’ competencies.
  • Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring smooth communication and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Build and develop a candidate database and maintain long-term relationships with talent.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of recruitment activities, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.

Our Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience independently managing recruitment processes.
  • Fluency in English at a minimum B2/C1 level, allowing you to conduct meetings and work with managers and candidates in English.
  • Ability to independently plan and manage the entire recruitment process, taking ownership of its progress and effectiveness.
  • Experience in proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Direct Search methods.
  • Ability to build strong, partnership-based relationships with managers and confidence in asking questions, recommending solutions, and providing recruitment advice.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage several recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to your responsibilities.
  • Ability to analyse the labour market and identify new ways to reach the best candidates.
