Airport representatives from Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakech recently visited Dimark for a comprehensive training programme focused on the practical aspects of baggage handling system delivery, implementation and operation.

The visit was designed to provide a deeper understanding of the full project lifecycle, from production and shipment preparation to installation, commissioning and long-term operational support.

Throughout the programme, participants had the opportunity to explore how Dimark equipment is manufactured, prepared for delivery and implemented on site. The agenda also covered service operations, hotline support and the processes that ensure reliable system performance after handover.

Rather than focusing solely on presentations and documentation, the training included direct interaction with equipment, components and implementation methods. This practical approach allowed participants to better understand the technical decisions behind system design, installation and maintenance.

For complex airport projects, this type of knowledge exchange plays an important role in building a shared understanding between all parties involved and helps ensure smoother execution during the next project stages.

We thank our guests for their visit and for the valuable discussions throughout the programme.
